Helping preserve memories is just one of the meaningful ways in which we help family members honor a loved ones’ life.

Kathy Pope and her brother, Robert Stewart, had matching tie-die shirts. When Robert’s condition worsened, their shirts became an important connection that drew each closer to the other.

After Robert’s passing, one of our volunteers went straight to work turning Robert’s shirt into a squeezable, adorable teddy bear that will forever be a tangible reminder of the abiding love between brother and sister. For grieving families, our volunteers can sometimes be the bridge between sorrowful moments and the promise of tomorrow.
