It could be your mother or father, your child, your spouse, or someone else you care deeply about. Help us be there when we are most needed by becoming an annual supporter of Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region.
We invite you to participate in our Caring Circle, an exceptional group of supporters who contribute gifts of $1,000 or more annually to support our mission.
Caring Circle Levels of Support:
Caring Neighbor
Gifts of $1,000--$2,499 provide grief support, counseling, and information to families of patients that have received our care.
Dedicated Friend
Gifts of $2,500--$4,999 support a cabin of campers at our annual Chameleon's JourneyTM overnight grief camp for children and teens.
Faithful Caregiver
Gifts of $5,000--$9,999 fund skilled nursing visits for patients at their end of life.
Loyal Guardian
Gifts of $10,000--$24,999 provide comprehensive end-of-life care for patients.
Lifetime Sustainer
Gifts of $25,000 or more include an opportunity to name an area within Levine & Dickson Hospice House and ensure our ability to provide a more intensive level of care than can be given at home.
Benefits include:

- Updates from our president and CEO
- Recognition in the annual report and other communications
